Dr. Francesca Sohyun Dougher, PharmD

Dr. Dougher earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University in 2007 and has spent nearly two decades in community pharmacy practice. She is a licensed immunizing pharmacist who dispenses and fills high-volume prescription loads while providing hands-on patient counseling on drug therapy, interactions, and side effects.

Throughout her career with ShopRite Pharmacy and PharmAssists, Dr. Dougher has administered Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines alongside routine immunizations, and has served as an Interim Pharmacy Manager overseeing staff scheduling, training, and inventory control. She has also trained pharmacists, technicians, and student interns preparing for their board exams, and collaborated with in-store dietitians on diabetes education seminars.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Dougher managed a high-volume pharmacy team, supervising technicians and interns while consulting directly with prescribers on dosing and drug interactions. She is proficient with the McKesson and PDX pharmacy systems and is fluent in Korean, allowing her to counsel a broader range of patients in their preferred language.
