Ketamine acts by blocking receptors in the brain called NMDA receptors, which are involved in inhibitory processes. The blockade of these receptors leads to increased mTOR pathway signaling, increased AMPA receptor activation, and increased development and efficacy of synapses in the brain, leading to an anti-depressant effect. Ketamine nasal spray may be used for the treatment of depression that does not respond to other therapies.

I switch from my compounding pharmacy in a large USA city. The local did not use any preservatives / it got much weaker as the day went on. CFS had three formulas for my medicine. The first one burned my nose to an extreme amount because of the amount of a preservative. It was to the point of being unusable (at least for me). The Pharmacist actually called after I left a message about the firsts shipments. 2nd formula with a bit less of the preservative (I think) to last a month. In addition, their spray was much more of a mist most of the time till. Not a spray but a much better mist. It was nice to have a pharmacy listen to my issues with existing pharmacy. Once switch, they still listened to me and fixed my problems. Did a lot of looking before deciding to switch a facility I could not see except the internet. It all checked out. Jay

Great customer service with pharmacists whom care and are readily available by phone to answer questions and help in any way they can. I travel for work and they work with me to coordinate the best time and location to ship my prescription to me. Aside from one issue where medication was separating and seemed thicker (believe it may have froze in transit), I have had nothing but good results. I highly recommend them.

My gp prescribed this after number of traditional medications for neuropathic pain that didn't really do much for me, but this spray gave me relief the same day, almost immediately all my pain was gone

Although this can get pricey, it is very effective for my pain so far. Way better than having to travel to a pain managent clinic. I can choose when I need it in the privacy of my home. As a first time customer, I'm very pleased so far.

Thankful my MD has a way to provide pain relief for me. TN is horrible and Ketamine nasal spray works wonders quickly. Just wish it didn't have to be so expensive. Wish I could use this at work, but I couldn't function. My eye and lip have hurt all weekend and I finally broke down and used 2 sprays. Pain free, but loopy. Thankful for the pharmacists and doctors who will help those of us in chronic, horrible pain. When I called once, staff and pharmacist very helpful.
