Dr. Vincent Meo, RPh

Vincent Meo, RPh, is a New Jersey and Pennsylvania licensed pharmacist with over 25 years of experience in retail and community pharmacy. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and has built his career around pharmacy operations management, patient education, and medication safety.

Most recently, Vincent served as Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens in Westampton, NJ, where he led a team of six in interpreting, validating, and filling prescription orders while counseling patients on dosage, self-administration, and potential drug interactions. He managed a high-volume pharmacy that processed over 1,500 prescriptions per week, reducing customer wait times while maintaining excellent patient satisfaction. An APhA-certified immunizer, Vincent has vaccinated patients against influenza, pneumonia, shingles, Tdap, and other diseases, and incorporated Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR) into daily pharmacy workflow.

Earlier in his career, Vincent spent over a decade as Pharmacy Manager with Familymeds/Walgreens in Philadelphia, where he worked closely with nursing homes and dialysis centers and supported a specialized adherence program for HIV patients. He also built relationships with medical offices throughout the community to expand patient access to specialty medications, including transplant, cystic fibrosis, and rheumatoid arthritis therapies. Vincent began his career as Pharmacy Manager at Vitale Apothecary/Familymeds, preparing and verifying prescriptions for nursing home and dialysis patients and coordinating closely with nursing staff on patient care.
